Bad weather conditions and rain will not cancel or postpone the walk. But,
if there is any really important cause, even at the last time, routes or
sections of them can be cancelled or modified.
From 2013, the first time a walker participates in the CIB walkers will have
a medal and an annual distinctive (bar) to those walkers who have walked two
20km routes, one 20km route and one 30km route, or two 30km routes, as well
as a certificate where they will be able to register their future
participations. In their next participations, they will get the annual
distinctive belonging to that year, and their participation will be also
registered. Once the walker has completed 3 participations, in a row or
alternate, s/he will be able to get the Master CIB. In order to collect the
medal, the annual distinctive and the register, it's compulsory to show the
route form with the proves that the walker has gone to all the established
pass controls.
From 2013, on we have created the Master CIB as a recognition of their
constance in their participation in the CIB. This recognition will be a
personal diploma delivered in the closing of each year's CIB. Once the
walker has completed 3 participations, in a row or alternate, s/he will be
able to get the Master CIB. S/he will get a personal diploma, with edition
number, date and register, signed and stamped by the organization of the CIB
in the closing act of each year's CIB. To get this personal diploma, it will
be compulsory to present the register paper of all the participations, and
it must prove that the walker has participated 3 times minimum. There will
be a register of the Master CIB titles public through this website.
